  I have been with Banfield for many years. At first it was a benefit. It seems I'm paying more for something I'm not sure is worth the value. I just started going to this vet. My first visit was good. Then my dog started getting really sick. I went in again and spent $100 on meds that ended up hurting my dog more. I refuse to give him meds that pain him. I called to talk to the vet and staff about finding an alternative treatment program and getting a credit for medicine I can't use. They refused. I get that they can't use the meds since it's been dispersed, but I'm willing to pay more money just to find a solution that actually works. It's not just the money, but the lack of genuine caring for my pet. I'm going to a vet for solutions...but every time I go back to banfield I feel I'm being raked over the coals to spend more money in addition to the monthly plan. I drive almost 2 hours just to get no answers. I'm beyond done with this. I've asked for a solution, but I'm being treated like a pain in their side. I won't be returning unless my dog starts getting cared for in the way that he deserves and we start working towards solutions together. I refuse to pay for meds that hurt my dog. If your treatment doesn't work, then I shouldn't have to pay for it. Period.
